The board accepted two important updates to Bend Pops policies at the February 13 board meeting.
The first is the Membership Policy, which now has guidelines for handling section limits on the number of players, and waitlists if new people want to wait for an opening.
The second is the Information Sharing Policy. Members must opt-out if they do not want their images shared by Bend Pops as outlined in the policy. IMPORTANT: If you wish to opt-out, you must submit the signed opt-out form (found as the last page of the policy document) to the Membership Chair, currently Chris Moody. For existing members, please complete this no later than March 8, 2025.
