Our first rehearsal of the winter term is December 3! Rich has posted a set list. We’re still at Caldera HS. Our setup crews will continue to prep the room, but please arrive no later than 6:15 to get settled and warmed up for rehearsal at 6:30.
Bring:
- Your music!
- A check for $90 payable to Bend Pops Orchestra. OR — pay conveniently using the donation button on the Members page. Please add the transaction fee!
- New members: your completed Code of Conduct agreement and Waivers, also available on the Members page.
- Your happy, smiling faces!!
Remember that a $10 late fee will be assessed after the third rehearsal for unpaid dues.

A reminder that I’m assuming treasurer duties and membership management from Chris Moody for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, due to prior travel commitments, I will also be out for the first two rehearsals. So please give your checks and paperwork to Stacey Weldon, who will collect and hold them for me.
Mark your calendars for our winter concert: March 1, 2026 at 2PM, Mountain View HS. Dress rehearsal is TBD.
