Bend Pops Orchestra musicians and conductor Sam Taylor gave a presentation and recital at the Bowers Museum in Prineville on October 28. The event was well-attended and people enjoyed a variety of music from the musicians. The event centered on the importance of music in the community and sought to raise awareness of the orchestra’s role in bringing music to the Central Oregon area.
